sdelmonteI wanted to say something profound about Christopher Reeve. And about Superman. But words fail me. So I will just say goodbye to someone who first embodied Superman and then pushed himself to heroic levels when others might have quit. We have lost someone rare.

Date: Oct. 11th, 2004 06:29 pm (UTC)As the day has passed, I found myself recalling not just the Reeve Superman films but just how I became such a big fan of the Big Red S. And I was pondering jsut how the man and the role can become the same, even without the events in Reeve's life. So perhaps there is more of a thoughtful nature coming.
