Moving Ahead on the Move

We are getting there. It's big and intimidating, but we are making progress.

While we might have friends help with some packing and moving and unpacking, we are likely to hire a moving company. Any NYCers have any recommendations - or condemnations - as regards moving firms?

Were they honest (or at least honest for a moving firm)? Did anything break?

They were honest enough, and completely bemused by the sixty boxes of "bookim".

We only lost one item due to breakage. We didn't try to make good, so I don't know if they would or wouldn't.
