Wow, that is an impressive web site! I love the design, very current and interesting with the way the pages scroll from one sub-menu item to the next, rather than having lots of different pages to load; and the way the picture on the starting page goes away slowly, transforming into the menu, is very cleverly thought out, and quite memorable.
