Got a very interesting e-mail. From the Lunacon program committee.

Seems I'm on two panels.

One of them is about comic books. And Bob Greenberger of DC Comics is on it as well. As is Pete Abrams, of Sluggy Freelance fame. (Guess I'd better start reading Sluggy Freelance.)

How the heck did I become a SMOF?

Oh, wait. I volunteered. I just never thought it would mean I got put on panels.

(The other panel is about trends in fandom. Me being on panels, is that a trend?)

More info as it becomes written in stone.

Oh, and I got a peek at the schedule. Two weeks before the con. is that even legal?

Oh, BTW, I can confirm that there is time set aside for evening and morning service room space on Shabbat.

I don't mean running Lunacon. I'm not that insane. I hope. If I am, hope the metal munching moon mice munch my mind. Even if it's not metal.

But there's this small east coast filk convention, and while Deb Wunder (otherdeb) is running the next Contata, I'm seriously thinking about maybe running the one after. Unless I get attacked by sanity.
