Tech Support Needed
Aug. 5th, 2012 04:36 pmSo last week, my iPhone stopped talking to my laptop. I deleted iTunes and reinstalled, but still get this error message:
"iTunes requires a newer version of Apple Mobile Device Support. Please uninstall both Apple Mobile Device Support and and iTunes, and then install iTunes again."
Which is exactly what I did. No dice.
I will note that Apple Mobile Device Support doesn't actually show up as something I can delete by itself. And that you can't download it alone. And that I have the latest version of iTunes now.
Anyone have any suggestions? Nothing I am seeing on Apple's site or elsewhere is doing me much good.
