Museum Mile Festival Next Tuesday!!

I always post about this late, so getting it up on Thursday instead of Monday is a step in the right direction.

The 32nd annual Museum Mile Festival is this coming Tuesday, June 8. As always, Fifth Avenue will be closed between 82nd and 105th Streets from 6 to 9 pm, and the eight museums along the way will be open for free. There will be entertainment of all sorts - including the Cuban Jewish All-Stars at The Jewish Museum - as well a chance to see such shows as our Curious George exhibition and the Met's Picasso show.

I know some of you come out every year. I hope that if you are in the area and the weather is nice, you will check it out. I will be outside the JM as usual, keeping an eye on the band and the crowds, so come say hi.
