New Laptop!
Jan. 27th, 2010 08:14 pmYup. We decided to skip the desktop and get a second laptop. Right on the day when laptops might be a little closer to obsolete. I for one like keyboards, though. And paper books. So I am happy to stick with this.
It's a Gateway, and a bit bigger than our other laptop, so it won't travel as much. But it has a number pad. I missed that on the Toshiba.
The trick now is to get all the settings right, find all the software I have on the other machine, and learn how to type all over again. But if I could do it before, I can do it again.
