Well! The one meaning that pops out at me is the DADA artist. He did more abstract photograph and fashion shoots. His real name totally ran out of my head, though.

Photographer and surrealist. One of his more famous photographs involves a woman's Tammy Faye eyes touched up with diamonds in the corners. Some of his stuff is in Elton John's personal collection that made the rounds back in 2000 or so.

He was an artist. A surrealist, I think. He's also the namesake of a famous now-defunct goth club in Cambridge, MA.

Avant garde photographer, worked mostly in France, real name Polish(?), did the woman-as-a-cello and eye-with-crystal-tears, both of which are very well known. I think he did the corset-back one as well.

Didn't William Wegman also name one of his Weimaraners after Man Ray? Or that's the theme -- Little Ray, things like that? (Also, yes to the photographer thing everyone else is saying.)

I think he was a visual artist (possibly photography) of the late 50's or early 60's. In my mind he was a contemporary of Andy Worhol.

So much for my BFA degree
