I see that the latest Sarah Jane episodes are the ones with David Tennant. Are they worth watching if you don't watch SJ but miss Ten?

I wish I could answer you; we're behind on SJA to the beginning of season two (but we acknowledge that we may end up with spoilers because of it).

I think they are, but I am also heavily biased in the "Why aren't you watching Sarah Jane anyway? It's fantastic!" camp. General response has been that the eps themselves are quite good (I agree with this response). Ten has a big enough role to make me happy to see him again. But if you're just watching for him, skip to the last two minutes of the first ep and only watch the second.
