Did Anyone Watch Dollhouse?

I ask because I logged on after Shabbos and figured there would be a lot of reactions. And there aren't any. Not one.

I plan to watch tomorrow, so I don't want spoilers. I am just curious as to where all the usual posts about anything by Joss are.

I've been seeing some reactions, but not many. I guess everybody's busy.

Myself, I liked it, and I have more faith than some that the inherent creepiness of the setup will be portrayed in a way that the story becomes about that it's creepy, instead of saying "yeah, it's creepy, but just ignore that."

I also so it and liked it. But it is true that the chatroom we had going while it was on was pretty small.

Then again, I only realized it was on at the last minute. Maybe with all the delays, people just missed it?

I downloaded it and just watched it today.

My reaction so far mostly consists of 'Where was this show when I was RPing Faith in Milliways and needed icon fodder?'

Even if I hadn't been out last night, I wouldn't have watched -- the inherent sketchiness of the show's premise makes it hard for me to have faith that Joss can pull this off without making me want to claw somebody's eyes out. I plan on waiting to see what other people think of it before making a final decision on whether or not to give it a try.

I suspect there is a lot of that going on. Which bodes poorly for a show in a bad timeslot. But it's Joss' own fault if he can't get his vast hordes of fans to watch.

I'm pretty sure, just from the premise, that it would piss me off so badly I'd no longer be able to watch Firefly, so I'm giving it a pass.

Duuuull. Creepy. And while Eliza Dushku has expressive eyes, her (somewhat minimal) acting chops were abundantly not on display. I wound up listening to the last half because I couldn't even be bothered to keep my eyes on the screen.
