Yyyyes. Well -- it depends. They are not my preferred type of comic, and I get annoyed with them pretty easily, but I do like certain characters/runs. So I'm going to go with yes.
I never have, though that is not so much for lack of interest as because I have a.) never lived near enough a comic store to keep up regularly and b.) never known where to start.
Hmmm. The most entry-level-friendly super-hero comic I can think of is Ultimate Spider-Man, which is routinely collected in trade paperbacks and requires no knowledge of Spidey. It's not my favorite comic, but it's usually a lot of fun.
Depends on your definition. If Buffy and Sandman count, yes. If we're talking traditional definition, DC-and-Marvel, spandex and childhood issues, then no.
I read superhero comics from roughly age 13 to age 16, and I've read certain titles on occasion since (Watchmen, Astro City, etc.). I would probably still read some of the better titles if I (a) lived near a library that stocked comics, (b) had the space to store them, or (c) could read them online.
I read superhero comics as well as a few other types (TV series/film/literary adaptations, instructional and historical about comics, some indie titles). Superman remains my favorite superhero, with the X-Men (2nd team) close behind.
