Heroes was nominated for best drama. It won't win, of course - one more go-round for The Sopranos seems very likely - but I didn't think it would make the cut. Masi Oka received a nomination as well, for supporting actor, and there are numerous technical nominations, including one for best director. Alas, nothing for Zachary Quinto or Jack Coleman.
Lost, my favorite show, was not nominated for best drama. But Terry O'Quinn and Michael Emerson were nominated for best supporting actor as well. I'd love to see Emerson win, though Oka and O'Quinn are just as worthy. And Cuse and Lindeloff got a writing nomination, one of two that was not given to a Sopranos screenplay.
Kristen Bell was not nominated, again. And there is no best supporting classic car category yet, so the Mettalicar is as yet unrecognized for its contributions to television.
