sdelmonte1. Internet at work is loading LJ very slowly today. I wonder if anyone else is having a problem, or it it's just us.
2. Caught up on all our TV shows but VMars. Thought the "season remiere" of Lost was great, even if we don't see most of the original cast members. Thought that the two episodes of Supernatural were utterly brilliant, as the show hits its stride with stories that are full of twists and turns and strong acting and ever stronger production values. Thought that the one episode of VMars we saw was run of the mill. It's just not grabbing me anymore.
3. Doubt I will get to do a report about the trip to London or the con. Instead, I can do tidbits. Here's one: it's really surreal to watch the Super Bowl at midnight on SkyOne in a country where few care. It was utterly bizarre to see that CBS's coverage was supplemented by brief inserts of a crew from SkyOne that included that noted football expert, Don Johnson. It's equally odd that Johnson is currently playing Sky Masterson in a West End production of Guys and Dolls.
