Sad News in the Family

sdelmonteBatya's maternal grandmother, Gertrude Galler, passed away overnight.
The funeral will be TODAY (Wednesday) at 2 pm at Sinai Chapels, 162-05 Horace Harding Expressway, Fresh Meadows, NY. It can be reached by the Q17 or Q88 buses if you are inclined to attend and need mass transit.
The shiva will be at Batya's parents' home, 144-39 73rd Avenue, Kew Gardens Hills, through next Tuesday morning. I assume there will be a minyan at the appropriate times - anyone who wants more details, feel free to ask.
