1. Back at work today, busy and hoping that the TWU and the MTA can fix things ASAP before it's all SNAFU.

2. The funeral was yesterday. It was quite touching, and both my old and current rabbis spoke very well. I don't feel all that down, and I can't figure out why. I guess I'm too busy with work, with helping Mom cope, with a million little things. I suspect it will hit me at some point, though.

3. So, LJ is giving me six userpics for free instead of three. I never use my alternate pic, but with more spaces, I might be creative. What do people want to see? More photos of me? Something silly? A DC Comics logo? Tell me what you think.

4. I'm fond of snarky comments overlaying images from tv or movies or comics (and now that they're offering 6 userpics not three, I won't be shelling out money for livejournal in 2006. The additional userpics being really the only reason to have a paid account. I don't care, so long as I get full posting/reading access).
