The NY Times Book Review is putting together a literary map of Manhattan. (Sorry, folks, not TV, film or comics.) The map will indicate the homes, hangouts and offices of characters in novels, short stories and poems.

And they need our help. See below for the article announcing this project, and where to send information by e-mail and snail mail.

http://www.nytimes.com/2005/05/01/books/review/01COHENHO.html?

The deadline for submissions is May 11, and the map will be published on paper and online on June 5.

Should be a reeally interesting map when it's done.

That's a great idea! I'd love to see one for London, but that's a project and a half. I can't wait to see the NY one.
