sdelmonteSonia Sotomayor. She will be the third woman to serve in this role, and the first justice of Hispanic descent. She is also from New York.
Best of luck to her as she moves to one of the most difficult and demanding jobs there is.
PS: She's best known for ending the 1994-95 baseball strike. A decision I approved of, but not one of real lasting note.
