Re: Star Trek -- yeah. I'm still excited to see it because of the cast (though I admit I'm also one of those Trek newbies JJ's trying to pull in), but when I saw that "Not Your Father's Star Trek" ad, all I could do was stare at the TV and say, "Really, guys? Really?" Way to be dismissive and a bit derisive of your core fanbase, dude. Jeez.
