This Sunday is the annual New York is Book Country event on Fifth Avenue. And at long last, there is something added to the other publishers...

In addition, Peter David will be doing a signing at the Midtown Comics table at 2:30.
It's about time that the comic book companies, with the big presence in NYC, joined this event. Apaprently, according to the NYIBC website (http://www.nyisbookcountry.com/), Marvel is also participating.
I have no idea if I will be able to get the fair, as it's also the last Sunday before Rosh Hashanah and things need to get done. I certainly wouldn't get there in time for Gaiman's 11:30 signing. But I really would like to meet PAD if nothing else, and this is a nice walk up Fifth Avenue in sunny weather beyond that.
