1. Yes indeed, you were the impetus for the post. I didn't get to finsih to telling you, and then realized how often i get asked that question by a lot of friends (only some of whom read LJ).
2. Didn't think about the similarities between Knightfall and Hush till now. The big difference? Bane was known to the reader from the start and had a coherent (and successful) plan. (Gotta say, I miss Chuck Dixon's work on Batman.)
