Farewell, Eleven
Dec. 26th, 2013 05:04 amAnd so ends the Matt Smith era on Dr Who. The finale didn't make a ton of sense. And it highlighting a bit too well the flaws of the Moffat era. And I can't say I care that much today.
As it was Matt Smith's finest hour. He put everything into his last ride as the Doctor, and then some. He, his bowtie, his grin, his fez, his mix of old man grumpiness, teenage impertinence, and surprising maturity will be missed. I hope that we see him again soon using his remarkable talents. And I am glad we had him on the TARDIS.
Now, on to Twelve, on to Capaldi...
