Off to Israel and Off the Grid
Nov. 22nd, 2010 06:57 pmIn about 24 hours, Batya and I will be winging off to Israel for the bar mitzvah of her nephew. A day of travel at either end and lots of family stuff and maybe just a little sightseeing in a place I haven't seen since I was 13. Should be quite exciting. And quite exhausting.
While we are supposed to have WiFi where we are staying, there is no way to know what that will mean till we are there. And we are only taking one computer and we will not really have a lot of downtime. And we are not bringing our phones. So for all intents and purposes, consider us off the grid for a week. I will try to post to LJ if I can, and to check e-mail.
To thems in America, I wish you a happy and wonderful Thanksgiving, and a sane Black Friday. Later!
