Back Home!

We have returned from New Orleans, where it's really HOT but where we had a good time seeing family and doing a bit of sightseeing. Unlike my trip there a few years back, this time I really feel like I was in New Orleans. We didn't go to any of the areas I know to be disaster areas still, but overall the city seems to be in pretty good shape, all things considered.

I am, thanks to managing to find WiFi in just enough places, caught up on LJ, though if you posted something since Saturday night that is important, link me anyway in case I skimmed over it.
