Yup, it's December 25 at the JM. The lobby is a mob scene. The auditorium is packed with kiddies. I spend half an hour serving hot chocolate to grateful people on line, and two hours selling tickets.

Heaven help me but...I love it. if you ask me why I stay in this job, it's days like today that are why.
