Dr Who Finale
Jul. 8th, 2007 03:42 pmSo we wahtced the big Doctor Who season 3 finale.
No spoilers here, but I can see why a lot of people hated it and a lot loved it. I land in the middle. Lots to love - Tennant and Barrowman especially - and lots to annoy me, much of it having to do with the villain. I get what Davies was trying to do, think some of it worked and some of it bombed.
On the whole, season 3 was not so great, but it had its moments, and Tennant is totally in control of the show. It's not as satisfying as Lost or Supernatural, but it's still lots of good clean goofy fun, and sometimes it's absolutely transcendent. Jsut not as often as it was in the first two seasons.
