buongiornodaisy - You know the movies backwards and forwards, you RP really well and with characters who are not easy to handle, and you really are a good writer beyond that.
dawning_star - It's not just that the threads we did with Barry and Sara were so damned good. That was just the start. It's that you are someone who is smart and tough and never afraid say what you think, or to do what is right.
schung1968 - And lo there shall come a Silver Age! And from that Silver Age will come back issues galore that people our age missed the first time around. And from those back issues comes a fan as knowledgeable and devoted as Steve Chung! And from that knowledge comes great reviews and retrospectives that make me feel like I was there!
osewalrus - You're a talented filker and a talented storyteller, always someone to look forward to seeing in the filk room (and the con suite). But more than that, you are someone whose ability to address complex poltical and technical issues in a concise, balanced and mature manner puts so many journalists and columinsts to shame. Oh, and I appreciate a fellow grump.
batshua - You're another smart, tough cookie who can stare at the crap in your life and say "you are not going to win." And you also have an amazing sense of self that I wish I'd had when I was young and full of pep. Oh, and you filk!!!
