RIP Tony Jay
Aug. 18th, 2006 06:02 amActor Tony Jay, best known for his roles on Beauty and the Beast and Lois and Clark, and for a myriad of roles as a voice actor, has passed on.
Some here will no doubt recall his voice most from Hunchback of Notre Dame, where he played Frollo. But many will remember him as I do, as the voice of Shere Khan in Disney's TaleSpin series. He was the perfect man to play that show's combnation of the savage tiger and the modern suave businessman.
