Mishnayot Study Help
Dec. 27th, 2005 09:42 amWe are learning mishnayot in memory of my cousin Jordan, with an eye towards a memorial and siyum on January 16. This leaves a lot of ground to cover in a tiny amount of time.
So I am throwing this out to them's that can help with this. If you are willing and able to take a set of mishnayot - preferably from Z'raim, Tahorot or Kadshim - please let me know, and I will add your name to the list. If you know of anyone who would be able and willing to help, let me know.
Thanks.
(My apologies to those of you who are reading this and have no idea what I'm talking about. The long and short of it is that in memory of the deceased, we study the Mishneh, a compendium of laws that forms the basis for the extensive discussions that form the Talmud. And we try to do it during the thirty days after the funeral, followed by a memorial ceremony.)
