OVFF and More
Oct. 24th, 2005 08:28 amFirst, the paradigm shift: Yesterday I was at OVFF in Columbus. It was the end of the weekend. Today I am back home and getting ready for the last two days of the fall Jewish holiday cycle, having just come home from two hours at my synagogue. Amazing how sometimes you need to shift modes at the blink of an eye.
A great con deserves a great con report. Alas, I am too tired to produce such a thing, but this year's OVFF was great! How so? I will provide some examples...

I'm sure there is very much more I can say, but right now it isn't coming to me. Guess I will have to let the memories sift themselves as OVFF gives way to the holiday, and then as the holiday season ends and work becomes what it usually is.
PS: Haven't been at Milliways for a week, and to my surprise I don't feel its tug nearly as much as I thought. No, friends, I am not quitting. But it;'s nice to know that I can manage without it. I guess there really is life outside my apartment. :)
