BKV Gets Lost

sdelmonteSo, last Wednesday brought us the first episode of Lost with a script by the amazing Brian K. Vaughan. OK, he co-wrote it, but eithout giving anything away, it was clear he was writing it from the first scene. The episode itself was good but not brilliant, but I can firmly say that BKV was meant to write certain characters, and than we got one of the best single lines of the season.
- "If we don't play every 108 minutes, the island's gonna explode" - Sawyer in reference to a ping=pong table made from wreckage from the hatch.
The show is definitely in better shape now that it's been in some time. I still don't thik we will get any resolution of anything anytime soon, but the characters are entertaining again, the arcs are moving along, and BKV's addition to a smaller but more capable writing staff can only help.
