What I can say is, it takes more time than you'd think to get over it, but that might only be if you had a kind of bad breakup. It affects everyone differently. If you're looking for new work, it might be worthwhile to find a career counselor who works with your demographic and makes sense to you; I've been finding it super helpful to get to the root of what I want to do. Might be useful for you as well if you're feeling a little "???" about what to do next.
Take care of yourself, or if you're in a goodish place now, set up some things for the you that'll be present in about 2-3 months. From experience, it really helps to have the backup!
