HYPE: Russ & Daughters at the Jewish Museum

I've been sitting on this for months.  Sometime next year, the famed appetizing shop Russ & Daughters will be taking over the Jewish Museum's cafe.  It's an unique partnership that unites two famed NYC institutions, and brings Russ & Daughters uptown for the first time.  It will also mark the first time that Russ & Daughters has a kosher outlet - sturgeon will not be available here, but the lox and sable and whitefish will.
